Driving force – 60%
Investing 60 percent of your time on a project does not guarantee its success, but investing less than 60 percent of your time in a project (or managing someone who does) guarantees its mediocrity.
Notice I didn’t say failure. You can seem to be successful in many things, at the same time, as other people see you.
Each project which receives less than 60 percent of your time will be
only mediocre compared to what it could be if you would focus on it.
What should be your 60 percent focus?
What should be the 60 percent focus of each of your staff members?
